Our lab aims to develop efficient and innovative materials to address present energy and environmental problems. For a more sustainable future, we are focusing on:

1. Hydrogen Energy Conversion - Fuel Cells, Water Splitting
2. Energy Storage - Li-ion Batteries, Na-ion Batteries
3. Catalysis - Fisher-Tropsh Reaction, CO2 Hydrogenation

Positions Available

 

We are currently looking for highly motivated graduate students (master & PhD) and undergraduate students who are interested in EEML. Interested students, please don't hesitate to contact Prof. Youn. (youndh@kangwon.ac.kr).

 

                           Our interdisciplinary program has been selected for BK21 FOUR (Brain Korea 21 Fostering                                Outstanding Universities for Research). Graduate students in EEML can be financially supported by this program.

 

                         Our consortium for hydrogen safety cluster (K-Hysafe) has been selected for Graduate School                           of Energy Convergence (funded by KETEP). Graduate students in EEML can be financially supported by this program.
